Privacy Policy
Houston 365 LLC | Website, Booking, and Transportation ServicesEffective date: August 16, 2026Houston 365 LLC (“Houston 365,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you visit www.houston365.net, request a quote, submit a form, create an account, book or use chauffeured transportation, communicate with us, or interact with services that link to this Policy. It also describes information collected from chauffeurs and independent transportation operators.

1. Age Requirement and Children’s Privacy

You must be at least 18 years old to request a quote, submit a booking or inquiry form, create an account, or reserve services. Our Site and booking services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from anyone under 18 through our forms. An adult may provide information about a minor passenger when reasonably necessary to arrange transportation. If you believe a minor submitted information without appropriate authorization, contact us so we can review and delete it where required.

2. Personal Information We Collect

Depending on your interaction with us, we may collect the following categories:

Identifiers and contact details, such as name, company, postal address, email address, telephone number, account credentials, and customer or reservation identifiers.

Reservation and passenger details, such as pickup and destination addresses, itinerary, date and time, flight or vessel information, passenger count, vehicle preference, luggage, service notes, accessibility or child-seat requests, and communications with dispatch or customer service.

Payment and transaction details, such as card-related information processed through payment providers, billing address, account terms, invoices, charges, refunds, and payment status. We generally receive limited payment tokens or transaction details rather than complete card data.

Device, network, and usage information, such as IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring pages, pages viewed, timestamps, approximate location derived from IP, cookie identifiers, and diagnostic or security logs.

Communications and preferences, including emails, calls, texts, form submissions, support requests, feedback, marketing choices, and records of consent or opt-out requests.

Location and trip information. For passengers, this may include pickup, destination, route, and trip status. For chauffeurs or operators, this may include real-time or background vehicle/device location before, during, and immediately after an assigned trip when enabled and permitted.

Chauffeur and operator information, such as contact and business details, government identification, photographs, driver and vehicle licenses, permits, insurance, vehicle information, background or driving-record information, payment or banking information, tax records, trip performance, and compliance documentation.

Other information you voluntarily provide or that is reasonably necessary to arrange, perform, secure, or support the requested service.

3. Sources of Information

We collect information directly from you; from a person or organization booking on your behalf; from passengers; from chauffeurs, affiliates, and independent transportation operators; from payment processors, reservation and dispatch platforms, communications vendors, background-check providers, airports, airlines, event planners, travel agencies, hotels, corporate travel departments, and other business partners; automatically from devices and cookies; and from public or commercially available sources where lawful.

4. How We Use Personal Information

Maintain accounts, remember preferences, personalize the Site, analyze performance, troubleshoot errors, improve services, and develop business operations.

Verify identity, eligibility, licensing, insurance, vehicle and chauffeur qualifications, and conduct permitted screening or compliance checks.

Protect passengers, chauffeurs, the public, our systems, and our legal rights; detect misuse, fraud, security incidents, and unlawful activity.

Comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful requests, establish or defend claims, enforce agreements, and complete corporate transactions.

Send marketing or surveys where permitted by law and consistent with your choices. You may opt out as described below.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We and service providers may use cookies, pixels, local storage, log files, and similar technologies for essential Site functions, preferences, analytics, security, fraud prevention, and, where enabled, advertising or measurement. Cookies may be first-party or set by vendors that help operate the Site. Browser controls can block or delete cookies, but parts of the Site may not work properly. Where legally required, we will request consent or provide additional choice tools. The Site may not respond to every “Do Not Track” signal. We will process legally recognized browser-based opt-out preference signals when and to the extent required by applicable law.

6. How We Disclose Personal Information

We may disclose relevant personal information to:

Affiliates, independent chauffeurs, fleet operators, and transportation partners that quote, dispatch, perform, or support a requested trip. Houston 365 owns or controls some vehicles but may use vehicles and services supplied by independent operators.

Vendors that provide payment processing, booking and dispatch systems, hosting, analytics, customer support, email, text messaging, telecommunications, mapping, security, insurance, professional advice, screening, and records management.

The person or organization arranging or paying for travel, such as an employer, travel manager, agency, hotel, event organizer, family member, or account administrator, consistent with the reservation relationship.

Government agencies, regulators, courts, law enforcement, insurers, or other parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law, lawful process, safety obligations, investigations, or the protection of rights and property.

A buyer, investor, lender, adviser, or successor in connection with a proposed or completed merger, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction, subject to appropriate safeguards.

Other parties at your direction, with your consent, or as otherwise disclosed when information is collected.

We do not sell personal information for money. Some privacy laws define “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising broadly and may treat certain analytics or advertising disclosures as regulated activity. Where those laws apply, we will provide required notices and opt-out methods.

7. Communications Choices

We may send calls, emails, and text messages necessary to respond to your inquiry or administer a quote, reservation, trip, payment, or account. Marketing communications are sent only as permitted by law. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in the message and opt out of marketing texts by replying STOP. You may still receive non-marketing messages about an active request, reservation, safety issue, transaction, or account. For help with texts, reply HELP or contact us. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Do not provide a phone number or email address unless you are authorized to use it for these communications.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including completing services, maintaining business and tax records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, preventing fraud, meeting insurance and regulatory obligations, and protecting legal rights. Retention periods vary by record type, relationship, legal requirement, and operational need. When information is no longer reasonably necessary, we may delete, de-identify, or securely dispose of it, subject to backup and legal-hold requirements.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No website, transmission, storage system, or vendor can be guaranteed completely secure. You are responsible for protecting account credentials and promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized access. Do not send full payment-card numbers, government identification, or other sensitive information through ordinary email unless specifically instructed through an approved secure method.

10. State Privacy Rights

Depending on your residence and applicable law, you may have rights to confirm whether we process your personal information; access, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy of it; and opt out of certain sales, targeted advertising, sharing, or profiling. You may also have the right to appeal a denied request and to receive equal service without unlawful discrimination for exercising privacy rights. These rights may be subject to exceptions, verification, and limits, and some laws may not apply to Houston 365 or to particular data.

To submit a request, email info@houston365.net or call +1-713-804-6600 and state that you are making a privacy request. Describe the right you wish to exercise and provide enough information for us to locate and verify the relevant records. We may request additional information, use a permitted verification method, or deny a request if we cannot verify it. An authorized agent may act where applicable law permits, subject to proof of authority and identity verification. If we deny an appealable request, you may appeal by replying to our decision or emailing the same address with “Privacy Appeal” in the subject line.

11. Third-Party Sites and Services

The Site may link to or integrate with services operated by others, such as reservation, payment, mapping, social-media, or travel platforms. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices. Houston 365 is not responsible for third-party privacy or security practices. Information you provide directly to a chauffeur, affiliate, travel arranger, or other independent business may also be governed by that party’s privacy policy.

12. Processing Across Locations

Houston 365 and its service providers may process information in the United States and other locations where they operate. Privacy laws in those locations may differ from those in your home jurisdiction. Where required, we use appropriate measures for cross-border transfers.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The revised Policy will be posted on the Site with a new effective date. If a change is material, we may provide additional notice as required by law. Your continued use of the Site or services after the effective date means the updated Policy applies to future interactions, but it does not eliminate rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
