Fully Licensed, Insured and Experienced
Houston 365 holds all licensing required to operate chauffeured transportation in Houston and carries full commercial insurance. Our chauffeurs are experienced professionals who know Houston’s roads, airports, business districts and event venues. They are courteous, discreet and focused on getting you to your destination safely and on time.
How We Maintain Our Fleet
A safe ride starts with a well-maintained vehicle. Every car, SUV, van and bus in our fleet follows a strict maintenance program:
- Scheduled preventive maintenance on engines, brakes, tires, steering and suspension, following manufacturer recommendations
- Pre-trip inspections by the chauffeur before every assignment, covering tires, lights, brakes, fluids and safety equipment
- Prompt repairs: any vehicle with a mechanical concern is taken out of service until it is fixed
- Late-model vehicles, regularly updated so clients ride in comfortable, reliable, modern equipment
Cleaning and Sanitizing
Clean vehicles are part of our standard, not an extra. Every vehicle is:
- Cleaned inside and out before each assignment
- Sanitized between passengers, with special attention to door handles, seat belts, armrests, climate controls and other high-touch surfaces
- Disinfected with electrostatic foggers, which cover the entire cabin, including hard-to-reach areas
- Stocked with fresh water, ice and amenities, so your ride is comfortable from the moment you step in
Hand sanitizer is available in our vehicles. Face masks and gloves can be provided on request at the time of booking.
